Fun Fact Friday #11

Brian did a brief stint dancing/acting in community theater, I'm not making this up folks it is true there are even pictures to prove it. They put on a production of  "The Wizard of Oz" He says that he had a couple of motivations to do this, one of which was his sister saying they needed more guys and I'll let him tell you the other.(But I don't think that it was his long lost desire to learn tap dancing)  This was brought to you by: Bluffdale City Arts Council and Janelle.

Brian learned how to tap dance for being a crow (he still has his tap shoes)

Fun Fact Friday #10

Fun Fact Friday

We love the TV show Gilmore Girls. Chriss started watching it while Brian was doing his undergrad school. Brian would watch snippets here and there, it didn't take long before the snippets became longer and longer until they were whole episodes. We started at the beginning and watched it over the next few months, this was back before having our Isaac. We're really excited that it is on Netflix and we can enjoy it all over again.

Fun Fact Friday #9

Fun Fact Friday!

Isaac's most favorite movie right now is Cars, he would watch it over and over all day if he was allowed(which he isn't, we are pretty strict on screen time) Even with as many times as he has watched it, he is still startled when Lightening McQueen and Mater go tractor tipping. He dances when they are cruising the road and fascinated when the races are going.

Drops of Awesome

I've been reading/writing in "Drops of Awesome#dropsofawesome the whole concept is that you are awesome on whatever level you are on, whatever you are able to do that day. Sometimes being awesome is getting out of bed and breathing in and out all day, maybe eating. Sometimes it is reading the same book over and over again to a small child, or helping a family member or friend in need. Basically you add to your bucket of awesome with small and simple things.Today I am asking you to do something small and simple but that could have a huge impact! I would love to have you share our blog link here on Facebook or Twitter, help us get the word out and find our next addition to our family!
